California Trust Deed Investing Requirements

California Trust Deed Investor requirements under the "multi-lender law" are fairly straightforward and apply only to fractionalized loans (partial interest investments):

"...you may not invest more than 10% of you net worth or your annual income..."

This is on a per loan basis and does not apply to your total portfolio.
